Human Heart Found On Freeway Ramp
October 16, 2003

Found on the Downtown Connector interstate ramp to Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in Atlanta: one human heart, cold and nonfunctional.

Wanted: evidence leading to an owner and word of how it got there.

The Fulton County medical examiner's office needs answers.

Investigator Betty Honey said the organ, wrapped in a clear plastic bag, was turned in just before noon Tuesday by a crew of inmates working on the northbound ramp. From AJC.com

User Comments:

I suppose that people who wear their hearts on their sleeves expect to lose them sometimes. The heart obviously fell out of the body while the person was passing, wouldn't you say?

Posted by: Chris at October 27, 2003 02:24 AM

Upon further study, it was determined that the heart actually belonged to a sheep.

DOOOOOD! that would have so fucked my shit up if i saw it. i bet it was aliens that left it on the freeway...you know how they're always probing ass and everything, so they may have just cloned it to see if they could make it work. and those fucking inmates...that must have tripped their shit out. i bet a couple of them haven't seen a heart since they cut it out of someone just to eat it.

Hello friend, really do not wanna rush you at all here like others but the spam on your page is increasing day by day. I don't even know if you'll get this comment or not, but I guess I'll try posting it for the heck of it...They say there's strength in numbers, so I get a couple of others I know to come here and comment, too. Consequentialism is probably the best way to go. However, Its a gr8 site with rich contents and reasonable layouts. Found it through the search engine while trying to find out blog sites. thanx...

Just to be flippant for a moment:

Anyone else notice the similarities getween the Bush administration and the Borg?

"Resistance is futile! You will be assimilated into the New World Corporate Order!"

On a serious ending note, the Bush administration has just declared war on everyone else in space. I'm beginning to wonder if these clowns aren't rogue Scientologists who took L. Ron Hubbard's disgusting science-fiction vision of A future and are trying to make it THE future.

Blogging IS time consuming. I spend about 4 hours a day on Lost Remote, from content to maintenance to development. Add that to my full-time TV job and sleep is an oddity.

But it's worth it. I enjoy having an unfiltered voice -- which is a luxury in today's big media world.

Comments, on this topic are relevant and nice but there are some shortcomings which are trying to indicate something else here. If you would think by keeping this in your mind that site archive page is developing day by day with the views of others then it is okay but what will happen when others cannot find and visit your site archive page. Not saying that it is bad archive page but just realize that in this way with positive manner then i am sure ur site archive would be in high advantage. Hope u will take it as remedy solution. Thanks.
